Basics#
The Testnet explorer publishes a read-only JSON API at https://explorer-testnet.zroarus.com/api/v1. List endpoints accept limit. Blocks and transactions return nextCursor (send it back as cursor); other lists return nextOffset (send it back as offset). A null value means there are no more pages. Responses include x-ratelimit-* headers; the current limit is 600 requests per window per client.
The explorer also has an interactive developer portal(opens in a new tab) with more endpoints and code samples.
